About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Roadside Wet Poster Operative to join our team. This role involves installing advertising posters on roadside billboards and panels using traditional wet posting techniques. You'll play a key role in delivering high-visibility campaigns for major brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply posters to roadside advertising panels using wet paste methods
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing old materials
• Accurately position and smooth posters to ensure a professional finish
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and campaign schedules
• Travel to various roadside locations as required
• Follow strict health & safety procedures, especially when working near traffic
• Maintain equipment and report any issues

Requirements

• Previous experience in wet posting, signage, or outdoor advertising 
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, or flexible hours
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical fitness (role involves lifting, climbing, and manual work)
• Full UK driving licence (highly desirable)
• Ability to work from a ladder at heights
