AHL Resourcing Solutions are looking to recruit highly motivated talented Admin/Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work from our Herne Bay office.

AHL are a well established independantly owned Recruitment agency established in 2012 and will be celebrating our 12th year in January and are looking to expand our portfolio of clients in 2024 working within Southeast and London areas, we are looking for self-driven outgoing apprentice liaising with new and existing clients in one of our chosen sectors, within the field of contract, permanent and temporary recruitment. Working with the director you will be entrepreneurial in your approach to running your own desk and eventually be managing the full recruitment cycle; meeting and interviewing candidates, to advising clients and assessing their recruitment needs and to support, maintain and develop all aspects of our business.

Other Duties will include:

• Making calls to both candidates and clients.
• General administration duties, including use of word, excel and outlook.
• Register candidates, obtaining details and carrying out RTW checks.
• Uploading candidates on our CRM
• Resourcing Candidates
